Airlines & Omani Air as an exclusive sales agent in Cairo. The GSA is
represented by Red Sea Aviation (A member of Red Sea Group).
- Red Sea Aviation undertakes the task of representing partner airways with
the aim of positioning its name as the premier first choice carrier by
enhancing the image of the airway in the Egyptian market.
- Gradually increase the net revenue from passengers and cargo loads.
- Reinforcing Market Revenue Sources and always seeking new ones.
- Ensuring smooth operation & overcoming obstacles that would rise
normally from operations. Following up, investigating and resolving any
complain / claims.
- Building up tourist and travel packages in the markets in relation with the
airline represented to create constant direct tourist traffic between Egypt
& the respective countries.
- Constant appointment of new IATA and non IATA Agents to hold tickets stock,
thus covering the entire country.
- Providing the airline with up-to-date information on competition activities
through other airline market practices with regards to fares, services, etc.
- Maintaining excellent relations and cooperation with the travel industry
members, government authorities, and commercial accounts, paying regular sales
calls promoting the image of the airline, providing them with news about fares,
timetables, offering giveaways and displaying the advertising materials of the
airline.
- Setting up ground transport facilities for the passengers of the airline
from various cities of Egypt to Cairo International airport whenever necessary.
- Facilitating & mediating in bilateral meetings, establishing closer
ties i.e. Egyptian air, official authorities.
- Organizing and operating FAM trips and trade mission between represented
countries.
- Red Sea Aviation allocates appropriate budget in coordination with the
represented airline for advertising & promotional campaign targeting
official newspapers, specialized magazines… all travel directories…
distributed all along the year.
- Red Sea Aviation promotes holidays, special events, fairs, trade shows held
in relative countries targeting distinctly both the normal class clients &
the Businessmen category, the consumers of the premium class, thus creating
high demand on Egypt as a Leisure & Holiday destination.
- " Red Sea Aviation plays the role of facilitator between Egypt and the
relevant country's businessmen, associations, & chambers in the aim of
enlarging the trade exchange between these respective countries, operating
through the airline Services & Cargo for the shipped products.
